Md. Solayman Kabir is a results-oriented merchandising professional with over a decade of extensive experience in the apparel industry, specializing in knitwear, woven wear, and outerwear categories. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills, delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager at American Tall (a USA-Canada E-commerce brand), Solayman previously held the role of Merchandising Manager at Li & Fung Bangladesh Ltd. since November 2017. In this capacity, he has been responsible for overseeing a talented team of nine, including fabric merchandisers, production merchandisers, and quality and technical teams. His key responsibilities encompass the entire merchandising process, from quotation and negotiation with suppliers to coordinating risk assessments and ensuring timely product delivery.
